Cottage Dreams Cancer Recovery Initiative is a
registered charity that offers recent cancer survivors the opportunity
to spend a week at a private, donated cottage to reconnect and
rejuvenate with family and friends after successfully completing
treatment. For over a century, Canadian families have been finding
peace, tranquility and inspiration in cottage country. Cottage Dreams
was created with this in mind.

A Note From an 8 Year Old Cottage Visitor:

“I am here to tell you about our week at our Cottage Dream. It was really nice just to unpack, go to the grocery store, and relax by the gentle waves of Lake Erie. We went rollerblading, which really helped my skating, which is really important because I was going to be starting hockey shortly after our holiday. We also went to the nature centre where my sister, Katherine, and I held a monarch butterfly. We discovered a tree that looked like a rabbit, and that made us laugh.
On the last two days, my dad came, and we went swimming. When we were there I read my longest book in only two days. Thank you for making Cottage Dreams become a reality for many people.
