TOURNAMENT DETAILS

Registration: After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car

and go to the clubhouse for registration and continental breakfast.

Locker Rooms: Lockers are located in the lower level of the club house.

Practice Areas: Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 8:00 am.

Pro Shop: The Pro Shop will open at 8:00 am.

Attire: Casual attire during the day and evening. Please wear collared shirts on the

golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on

the course.No jackets required for Cocktails and dinner.

Car Keys: Please bring your car keys with you onto the course. After play, return

your golf bag to your car before returning to the club house to shower and change

for dinner.

Power Golf Carts: Two person power golf carts will be provided. Please use caution

while driving on the course.

Silent Auction: Silent auction items will be displayed at registration and during

cocktails. Bidding for these items will close during dessert.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded during dinner.

Inclement Weather: Please dress appropriately and be prepared to play under

conditions.

All funds raised will be used to support recent cancer survivors with a week at a donate, private cottage to celebrate recovery with family and friends.
